Creation of NIWF

The EEIWF evolves into a national body.
Due to the massive success of the EEIWF with 78 attendees and 65 organisations/companies etc. represented, it became apparent that this body would be able to exert much more influence and at higher levels if it was on a national basis. With the support of EIC we are pleased to announce the formation of the National Invasive Weeds Forum (NIWF). The aims and objections will be the same as they were for the EEIWF, but applied on a national scale and in a national context. This is the first organisation of its kind and we look forward to gainaing as much support in the future as we received at the inauguration of the EEIWF.
